How long does it take to process my order?

It takes 3-5 days for our team to create your order and have it shipped out.

You don't have a deity that I'm looking for. What should I do?

Great question! We have our stock based on demand. However, you can always contact us (vis contact page or directly at autumnalgrove.shop@gmail.com) and we would be more than happy to discuss opening a custom order for you!

I saw "XYZ" is sold out, when will you bring it back?

Our stock is based solely on our supplier meaning we are unable to display certain products if our material isn't available. You can, however, request to be updated on when certain items are available again!

You can do this by selecting "email me when this item is back in stock" on our product page, or you can subscribe to our email, where we send out reminders on restocked items and additional discounts!

I really don't like the way this incense/candle smells, can I return it?

This question varies quite a bit! If you have used (burned/lit) the product in any capacity, we would be unable to complete a return for you. If the product is unused, you may request a return in order to receive a refund.

I'm very unhappy with my order, how to I request a refund?

Our refund policy states you can request a refund within 30 days of it being delivered. However, you must return the product to receive a refund. The exceptions are as follows;

  • Product must not be used/lit/burned
  • No custom orders (all custom orders are final)
  • Must request return within 30 days of delivery

How do I properly use your deluxe candles? 

What a wonderful question! We highly advise removing all/any toppings on our deluxe candles before lighting/usage. This is to ensure the crystals and herbs don't become too hot and it helps prevent safety issues such as combustion!

You can easily remove the toppings with a pair of tweezers and you can continue to use them in your personal craft to upcycle!
